My suggestion would be to have someone look to see if the font is actually 
changing visually. If it is, then it sounds like something with Jaws (what 
else is new) not working right with that particular aspect of the 
application. Jarte does have a screen reader mode, so they seem to take 
accessibility into consideration, so if it turns out there's something that 
Jaws isn't reading right, maybe they could tweak something in the interface 
to make it work better.
