What you can do is to personalize the pages where you want that change to
take effect by using shift+insert+v while on that page. The notion is that
on some pages you would want the headers read so you don't make a global
change in configuration manager but you fix speech on the pages where you
want it changed.

Hello,

How would I go about making changes in the JAWS options permanent?  For
example, to make JAWS not read table columns and headers on Internet
Explorer or Firefox, I use Insert + V and make my selection.  However, the
setting is not permanent.  I cannot find the option in the configuration
menu.  Any ideas?  I'm using JAWS 11.  Thanks.
