[Nfb-web] No longDesc in html5

Good morning all,

Just passing along a quick note to inform anyone interested that the longDesc attribute for images and frames will, as of today, not be supported in html5.  This is of course subject to change.

I for one am in support of this decision, there are far better ways to provide extended information than by using a longDesc, and I don't believe that it is often used by developers, or activated by users when present.
