[Nfb-web] Log-In Problem via FTP to Server with Win 7 and FTP Explorer

Hello David,

I'm still unable to log into the NFB of Hawaii and the Quiet Cars websites
via FTP. To really find out where the problem is, can you change the
password for the NFB of Hawaii website log in via FTP to haw6123 and lets
see if that fixes the problem.
