[Nfb-web] Reaching Server

One of the persons who was having trouble reaching the nfbnet.org 
server has had his problems resolved.  While I won't be so arrogant 
as to say the problems can't be at our end -- they can be -- in his 
instance his password and/or username were not what he thought they 
were.  He was getting an "authentication error," which was 
correct.  Sometimes those error messages are right.
