[Nfb-web] meta tags and SEO

At the webmasters meeting this year we had a discussion about the meta
tag and using keywords for search engine optomization. Here is an
article that explains my belief that good content is better than keywords.

Also Wordpress version 3.2 has recently been released. I am just
checking it out now, but it looks like this version may have some
accessibility improvements.
