[Nfb-web] Log-In Problem via FTP to Server with Win 7 and FTP Explorer

Hello fellow webmasters,

 

I'm having a problem with logging into the server via FTP Explorer and Win 7
Professional to the server that David Andrews manages. 

 

Host address and username and password are correct but I get the error
message "Authentication failed"

 

Is there a security setting that needs to be adjusted in Win 7 and if so,
where is it?

 

I need to get to two different websites via FTP Explorer .

 

Help will be much appreciated.
