[Nfb-web] submitting content to nfb.org?

Hi all,

We recently received a proclamation from the Governor of Nevada declaring November 16th, 2015 Nevada Blindness Awareness day.  Should this be submitted for inclusion on the national site?  If so, what is the procedure for submitting?
