[Nfb-web] SSL certificate

Brian and Tyler,

The reason I suggested having an end user try to use nfbofillinois.org
instead of mail.nfbofillinois.org, to see if this resolved the issue, is
that in my experience with Bluehost the mail server is on the same
shared server as the website. My thinking was this solution, if viable,
would be a simpler fix than purchasing an additional cert.
