[Nfb-web] Custom CSS for moving left sidebar before main content

Greetings to all,

 

Does anyone have a custom CSS code solution for moving the left sidebar
before the main content without changing the text and background color in
the sidebar? I am using a child theme of Twenty Fourteen, badeyes, with
WordPress version 4.7.2 for nfbnj.org. Any assistance will be greatly
appreciated.
