[Nfb-web] looking for web based way to email newsletter

I know there's things like mailchimp as already mentioned, but I'm not
totally sure how it would work. If you know php/mysql this would
probably take a couple hours to build a system for both. It's relatively
straight forward, just include data in the header and include an
unsubscribe link.
