[Nfb-web] Menu link not working in Drupal site

Greetings to all,

I recently launched the Drupal version of nfbdeaf-blind.org. After
launching, I discovered that when viewing the site on mobile devices, you
can not access the menu. But it can be viewed on desktop. Does anyone have a
solution for this? I will greatly appreciate it.
