[Nfb-web] Migrating from Aquia to the web

Hi,

 

First, assume I know nothing because that is the reality. My expertise is in
WordPress, not Drupel.

 

I have my web-site from class in Aquia Desktop and I want to migrate it into
the development area of our web site. How do I go about doing this?
Currently we are hosted by the NFB and I haven't figured out how to FTP
there. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
