The Google service I mentioned earlier fits the bill. I use a combination of
Google, Amazon SES, and a WordPress plugin called Icegram, but even if
you're on a different CMS from WordPress, either Google or Microsoft do a
nice job. My only issue with Microsoft is that it's slightly more of a pain
in the ass to set up with your web host account, in my personal opinion.
