[NFB-Web] third Party Email Services

Hello Joe,


Trying to sift through the maze that is Google service branding which 
seems to change annually.

As far as phone, I only need something to bypass the Google Voice prompt 
and directly play a pre-recorded message stating that you have reached 
the NFB of Indiana instead of saying state your name and Google Voice 
will try to connect you.

I will look at the IceGram plugin for WordPress which is my primary CMS. 
However, it is the plan of national to mandate that all states use 
Drupal. Don't want to start a debate on this list about which is best as 
each has its benefits.
