Good Afternoon, 
Attached to this email is the NFB Senior Division flyer for the retreat at Rocky Bottom, South Carolina Oct. 14-20, 2018. 
Anyone interested should contact me, Ruth Sager via email, phone or mailing address to obtain an application. 
This retreat is open to anyone having a strong desire to learn nonvisual skills and, who is legally blind. We do not have an age requirement however, note that we are suggesting people be of a senior age. 
Also, there is a $300.00 cost per attendee. 
Upon receiving completed applications I will contact each applicant and schedule a telephone interview so the candidate can ask questions and we can evaluate what there needs may be. 
After the interview, we will again contact each candidate and inform him/her of their success or note any signifant problems we my question their eligibility. 
We are asking that each candidate be able to administer their own medications. We will have a nurse on call however, we are not legally permitted to gi"e any medications to anyone for any reason.
