installations in each of your states. They reached out to the Employment
Committee because they are on a recruiting push, looking for people with
disabilities. The event described below can provide your members with
information on the agency and the kinds of talent they are seeking.

I would appreciate it if each of you would publish this notice on your
state listserv so we can reach as many local people as possible. I hope
your job seeking members will also subscribe to job-listings at nfbnet.org, as
that is where all our job listings end up. FYI, we plan to have an

Dick Davis and I recently spoke with Leigh Nguyen of the National Security
Agency (NSA). The NSA is looking for blind and low vision employees. Most
of their positions require a bachelor’s degree in a STEM related fields
like mathematics, signal analysis, and/or cybersecurity. But they have
other positions that are more suited to job seekers with liberal arts
degrees, including intelligence and business careers.

Because of the secure nature of their work, they do not offer remote
employment. However, they have six locations: Fort Meade, MD; Augusta, GA;
San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Honolulu, HI. One of those locations may
be near you.

A key selling points is career progression and the sheer variety of jobs
they offer. They also offer the usual job security and benefits of federal
employment.  They have an upcoming informational seminar - listed below.
