Hello Blind Residents of Georgia, below in the body of this email as well
as an attachment is the announcement for the Georgia Vision Alliance
Meeting information.  Please share.

It’s Time for a Commission for the Blind


Are you between the ages of 14 and 54  and trying to get help from GVRA so
you can get the training and assistance needed to obtain a career? Then this
meeting is for you.

Are you currently employed or want to be employed in the Georgia Industry
for the Blind, or the Business Enterprise Program but having problems with
GVRA assisting with these job Opportunities. Then, you will want to attend
this meeting.

Are you deaf/ blind and having a hard time accessing services from GVRA?
Then, you will want to attend this meeting.

Are you 55 and older, and having problems receiving services from GVRA?
Then, you will want to attend this meeting.

Are you a service provider for the blind, or people with low vision or deaf
blind who have seen a significant decline in referrals  from GVRA? Then you
will want to attend this meeting.

When: Saturday, June 29, 2024

From: 10:00- 2:00

Where: Toco Hills Avery G Williams Library 1282 McConnell Drive, Decatur,
Georgia 30033

If you want to make a difference in services for people in Georgia who are
blind, have low vision, or are deaf/ blind plan to attend. If you have
