 Greetings everyone,

This is Michael Smith, vice president of the Phoenix chapter. As you all know, the Phoenix chapter is the host chapter for state convention this year. I hope to put on an excellent State convention. As the host chapter, there are responsibilities that we must take on, so that our 

 

state convention runs smoothly.

*	Staffing the hospitality, suite with goodies and volunteers.
*	Providing dinner on Friday night.
*	Holding a social event on Friday night.

Creating centerpieces for banquet tables.

 

We will be holding our first committee meeting this Thursday at 7 PM July 20. I hope you all can attend. We will be meeting weekly on Thursday at 7 PM.
