Please read the following message from Joanne. We are still looking for door prizes and auction items. You can still make arrangements to get items to her.

Hello everyone,
 
Our state convention is fast approaching! Thank you to everyone who has been collecting door prizes and auction items! In normal circumstances, you would be able to bring all your collected items to convention with you in person. This is when the fundraising committee would go through everything received and put items together to make the best door prize packages and auction items. This year, since everything is virtual it is crucial that you send myself, Joanne Gabias, the fundraising chair, an email at jgabias at saavi.us with a detailed description of the item(s) as well as arrange a way to get the items to me. The sooner you can get this information to me the better. You can also call me at 318-497-2782.
