the Blind Shell Phone is an accessible cell phone and there is a screen 
which is only a display. You oppeerate the phone by using a physical 
keyboard and arrow keys instead of a touchscreen.

There is a telephone style keyboard for entering phone numbers into the 
phone. There is a button to use for dictation and there is another 
button that you can used to assign it to an emergency service or 
emergency contact. The phone has speecjh output and you can switch 
between either a male voice or femail voice. You can even adjust the 
speed of the speech.
