[Nfbc-info] Save-Mart's web site

Hi Angela. What I did with Albertsons was call customer service, same
people you would call to complain. I expressed my concern to them and ask
them who I could contact with my concerns they gave me an email and I think
a phone number. I think I called the phone number first than followed up
with the email to a specified person who immediately got back to me.
Good thing about customer service is they may be required to keep a log of
such calls and they know you as a customer.
Just say I have some ideas about making the website more accessible for your
blind customers, who can I write or talk to and can you give me contact
information.
You can also write the webmaster but I think this will work better.
Also when writing be sure to mention how you really appreciate this company
and you like doing business with them but you need their help to make the
process run smoother.
Mike
