[Nfbc-info] regarding what can be done about starting a class action law suit against intuit o get their product accessible currently there not with accounting and tax packages

Section 508 only applies to purchases made with Federal dollars.  So, 
unless the federal government is buying it, section 508 is going to 
be a tough road to hoe.
