Mike,
What has been the practice of the NFB is to not deny any blind member
of our organization the option to add to his or her scholarship
support from other organizations. Many good federationists have
taken scholarship money from many sources as they advance in their
training and I would hope that this tradition continues, regardless
of what one may think of the sponsoring organization.
