This is a very good point. While I haven't tried this site I recently have 
had problems with EBay.com as they use the audio captia developed by AT&T 
which uses voices at different pitches, dialects and volume levels. Some of 
the voices sound like they have speech impediments. EBay is also not the 
most accessible site to contact and I haven't had enough time this week to 
pursue it. Just because there is an audio alternative to captia doesn't mean 
it works.
