    Please forward this to California chapter presidents, state student division presidents, and anyone else you think could help in this matter. 

Dear affiliate and chapter presidents:

            I am writing on behalf of the California association of Blind students as chairmen of the CABS social networking committee. We are acting in accordance with the California Affiliate's resolution 2008-02 regarding the accessibility of social networking sites. 

            Attached is a petition to the owners of Myspace.com to work with the NFB to improve the accessibility of their web site to users of screen reading software. Please print out the petition and the accompanying sign-up sheet and collect signatures from chapter members and other interested parties. Once you have collected as many signatures as you can, please mail the petition  and sign-up sheet(s) to:
