    Hi Angela. Here's what's happening.  Many of the children living there 
are under 18 actually I think Terra told me they were really young maybe in 
the 5 to 7 range.  These kids aren't just blind.  Terra says she thinks they 
have one staff member per child or a very high number.  I guess the job 
description doesn't tell you that
