[Nfbc-info] question about pass plans

I have someone working with me to put together a pass plan.  We were talking 
about conferences like our convention and she says they are denying those Do 
they still allow NFB conferences in the pass and if so how do I make them 
acceptible?
Also has anyone put the KNFB reader in their pass?
