[Nfbc-info] I am having trouble ordering the Braille coin

I am having trouble ordering the Braille coins.  They have raised the price 
by three dollars in the past two weeks.  They also said they can only order 
one coin per address.  My Chapter wanted to buy four coins and they said we 
can not do that .  What am I doing wrong?
