[Nfbc-info] CABS state convention grants

Hello everyone,
    The CABS board has voted to give three grants in the amount of $100 to
folks who wish to attend this year's state convention. While first time
convention goers will be given definite preference, this application process
is open to all blind high school and college students. Attached you will
find the instructions for applying for these grants, and a run-down of all
the fun things which will be happening at this year's convention for people
who are new to the NFBC. Remember that applications should be submitted no
later than Wednesday, September 23, and grant recipients will be notified no
later than October 1. Please feel free to distribute this to anyone who may
be interested.
