Hi folks,

A national effort to ensure that prescription medicines have labels
of at least 12 point type is underway. This is an extremely useful
pharmacy practice for seniors and those with usable vision. However,
in spite of the recommendation of their own study, the California
State Board of Pharmacy may very well vote in a few days not to
require normal-ssize type on prescription medications.

Our legislative effort and our members may be able to help by urging
the Board of Pharmacy to adopt the 12-point proposal if we act now
via email and with personal representation during the hearing.

Details below.
