[Nfbc-info] capital action day

Hello NfBC!

I really, really think representatives from NfBC should be at Capital
Action Day this May 26. It is a good day to rally with folks from
other disabilities about issues that concern all of us. And, in
addition, there will be time to speak with our legislators. Let's take
advantage of this and coordinate a group.

Unfortunately, I cannot represent NfBC, but I will be there on behalf
of the LightHouse.
