I can't help but answer this one.  

Please feel free to contact me off list at atasteofeurope at yahoo.com.  I am the parent of a blind child, so I don't know exactly what programs you may be eligible for.  However, I have been in the hospitality industry for around 25 years, in hotels, restaurants, catering and as an instructor in food and beverage at a hotel school, and have owned my own  restaurant and catering business for the past 14 years.  I do not want to discourage you, but this is a very difficult business to make a living in, and the banks are not so easy to give out money to a new business, as the odds are not very good.  Especially in this economy, where so many businesses are closing.   I wish you luck and will give you some advice if you want.
