[Nfbc-info] Any "blind-friendly" Lotto machines? Why don't theytalk?

As usual I'm way behind on routine emails. This is an interesting topic. I 
usually don't by lottery tickets but I bought some when we had the large 
mega millions jackpot. I found that my actual picks did not scan using 
Kurzweil while the rest of the information on the ticket was read properly. 
In addition to the lottery machines not being accessible none of the 
machines at the casinos are usable by blind people. Of course as the Indian 
tribes are sovereign nations they are not technically governed by the ADA 
and other regulations.
