At the risk of being defensive .... you are certainly drawing 
conclusions about the NFB and making generalizations based on one e-mail.

I agree that what we do will have to change with the times -- 
although that doesn't mean we stop doing what we have been doing.  We 
may want to add to it, but I have to believe that individual letters, 
written by constituents is more effective than mass-produced e-mails 
and faxes from a web site.  I have read that Congressional offices 
just count them.  That doesn't mean we shouldn't do that -- but as 
has been said, politics is always local, so we must reach out to our 
congressmen and senators.  Our record is second to none in the 
disability community.
