[Nfbc-info] Question Regarding Possible Trade School OfInterest, Heald College

I don't know anything about that one but I would be skeptical about all of 
the private career colleges based on their record when it comes to student 
loans and fees charged in relation to what is actually delivered. I don't 
know how it is there but the Community colleges are overloaded and at least 
here at Fresno City College there have been major cuts to the Disabled 
Student Services program.
