[Nfbc-info] ADA question

Hi,
I am looking for a new apt and I saw 3 today.  Two of the companies said they couldn't fill out the application for me.  It seems like this would be a reasonable accommodation under the ADA/housing???If so, can someone tell me chapter and verse?
