you can ask ehtm and see what they say. How have they interacted with you
during your tenancy there? do they have a pattern of raising rents. Are they
wanting to renovate the property or sell it. A landlord has the right not to
renew a lease when it expires so if you have something to go on you could
file a complaint against them if you think there are factors that might be
discriminatory in some way.
