[Nfbc-info] FYI FW: Weekly update on Space Available Legislation

Good Evening to you all,

 

     We have had another great week of building support for our legislation
to include 100% Service Disabled Veterans in the Space Available program.  I
have attached the updated lists of cosponsors to this message.  Again one
list is broken down by party, and the other by state.  The House bill is now
showing 68 cosponsors, and at least five others are scheduled to be added
when the House goes back in to session next week.  The Senate bill, S. 346
has 9 cosponsors, and I have listed those Cosponsors below.  As a reminder
for those who are considering requesting a district meeting, members of the
House will be having a district work week March 25-29; this is Easter week,
so you should shoot for early in the week.  We are working on scheduling
another conference call, and I hope to have more news on the time and date
of that call early next week.  Thank you all for your continued hard work on
this issue.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
