[Nfbc-info] Accessible home security systems

Does anyone have any experience with home security systems?  In particular,
keypad entry verses touchpad.  Are they all pretty  accessible to us these
days?  

Does anyone have one that you can set, check, monitor or be alerted via your
cellphone?

Do any of you use your cellphone to set your thermostat in your home?
