Yes all around. I use a keypad system from ADT, but we also added Wi-Fi
capability so I can easily arm the system and also control the temperature.
The system is fully accessible including vocal messages from the system when
it is armed, disarmed, or when some zones report error conditions.

Best,

Subject: [Nfbc-info] Accessible home security systems

Does anyone have any experience with home security systems? In particular,
keypad entry verses touchpad. Are they all pretty accessible to us these
days?

Does anyone have one that you can set, check, monitor or be alerted via your
cellphone?

Do any of you use your cellphone to set your thermostat in your home?

Can't wait to hear responses.

expectations of blind people because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams.
