Joe,
This problem has come up before concerning the LSAT. Courts ruled that you
have the right to use your accessible equipment. You might contact Scott
LaBarre in Colorado about this. You can reach him at
slabarre at labarrelaw.com.
Best,
Michael Hingson

Subject: [Nfbc-info] Standardized exams
Hey Everyone,
I am trying to take my CSETs and there is an essay portion. I find it really
hard to dictate essays, and their computers don't have screen readers and I
can't bring mine in. I was thinking of practicing typing with Jaws off and
have the reader read it after and fix my mistakes, but I am curious what
everyone else does for standardized tests.
Thanks, Joe
