brings significant opportunity to shape our programs and improve services
for individuals with disabilities, especially youth with disabilities. There
have been no greater changes to law affecting our programs since the 1992
Rehabilitation Act amendments. 

We would like to share the Department of Rehabilitation's high level review
of some of those changes.  More importantly, we want to hear your ideas,
areas of concern, considerations, and other matters that will assist in
implementing the Act.
