Okay, but it looks like the instalation was done but I have to click 
something that for whatever reason, it pops up then goes away before I can 
click it to finish the instalation.

    this is the first time it came through. you might try going to the Real
Player web sitewww.real.com and checking for updates that way.

good Evening all:

About a week ago, I received a popup on my computer to update my Real Playr.
I did so, however, I keep getting a popup that says “You’re almost there.
Please click to complete your instlation.” However, there is no place for me
to click. The popup goes away and comes up later.

NOTE: I’m using JAWS 16 WITH Windows 8.1.

If anyone can help me on this matter, I would appreciate it very much as I’m
getting tired of having that popup coming up.
