[Nfbc-info] Blind Woman with Dog & Police

Sadly police brutality knows no limits. I can think of other instances where there has been police Bertelli against persons with developmental disabilities and I imagine other blind individuals. I believe that there needs to be a nationwide discussion about this topic. From Lisa Irving

The two-count lawsuit seeks unspecified compensation for unreasonable seizure and assault and battery.
