[Nfbc-info] Canes and Tails convention grants

Hello fellow Californians!

                The National Federation of the Blind of California Canes and
Tails chapter is pleased to offer four grants in the amount of $500 to
individuals attending the NFB National Convention. This grant is open to
current Canes and Tails members, as well as those attending the convention
who live in Yolo, Solano, Sonoma and Napa counties. Preference will be given
to first timers and those who are either current chapter members or the
selection committee decrees have a reasonable likelihood of joining. 

                If you receive this grant, you will be asked to do the
following:

Attend the National Board meeting,

Attend all general sessions,

Attend the banquet,

Be available to the affiliate to work the exhibit table, the hospitality
suite, and perform all other duties as needed.

 

                To apply, please submit a two to three paragraph write-up.
Tell us a bit about yourself, and identify three things you hope to gain
