Which place are you talking about? both or just one of them. I thought even 
thoug there are resorts in both places, that becausebecuase because both Big 
Bear and Arrowhead are somewhat remote areas, that they would possibly have 
affordable housing.

That area gets snow and is a winter and summer  resort and pricey
