[Nfbc-info] Fascinating: Weather for the Blind

I believe that the point here is that this helps blind scientists have 
access and look at telescopes through sounds emitted through space research.

After all, even sighted scientists are not able to see all that the 
universe holds.
Sight is not always needed.
