Dave,

Yep. However, when I needed to use it in the past it was not accessible.
Even Microsoft admitted that.

Has accessibility changed?

Michael, sharepoint is complex, and tends to do things in ways that blind
people aren't used to.  It tends to wave around every possible option, in
your face, and is just overwhelming for most people.  And, because it does
some things differently, and/or uses different words, it can leave one
wondering.
