Lisa,
There may be another possibility. What version of Word are you using? Is
your version of Word set up to read in Full Screen view or not? That item
should not be checked.

Well, as I said earlier, Sharepoint can be set up in different ways, so it
may not be possible to read a document, even though it started out as Word.
It may be too, I obviously can't say from here.
If you are a client or customer of rehab, it is rediculous to ask you to get
a document from Sharepoint. If you are an employee, and a part of a team,
working on documents, it makes sense, but for external people, who just
need to read something it is stupid and not a reasonable expectation.
